New Peter Lute restaurant

Chef Peter Lute is opening a new restaurant in Amsterdam with his wife Marieke in October.

The restaurant, called The ARC, is part of the new Pestana Hotel and will be located in the building of the former city archives, on the Amsteldijk. Together with a strong team, the duo will take care of the entire gastronomic concept.

New restaurant
This is not the first time the couple has started a business. They previously launched LUTE® restaurant, where they later reopened De Kruidfabriek. They also run the Explore event venue and will soon be adding The ARC to the list. It was especially the atmosphere and historical value of the impressive building that convinced Peter and Marieke Lute to take on this challenge.

The restaurant’s interior also promises great things. It will be designed by Studio Linse, who also designed the interior of RIJKS® restaurant.
