Noma pop-up: Under The Bridge

While part of the team is busy setting up Noma 2.0, thirty employees of the iconic Copenhagen restaurant are coming together to organize a pop-up.

Noma is the restaurant of chef René Redzepi, where cooking with local produce — much of it even foraged from nature by the chefs — takes center stage. The first location, which was previously named the best restaurant in the world, has now closed. The second version will open at a different location at the end of this year.
Family style
Until then, from 19 July to 3 September, you can visit Under The Bridge, where sous-chefs and restaurant managers will organize family-style dinners outdoors. Not quite as you might expect at Noma, but that’s exactly what appeals to us. The employees come from all different corners of the world, which will certainly be reflected in the food as well.
Set menu
The idea is to cook things that the staff themselves would enjoy eating on a warm summer evening. The focus will be on simple dishes with fresh ingredients. A set menu will be served every evening, and tickets will be sold (you can buy them here) for the equivalent of €135, including drinks.
