Restaurant Wally is the kind of place where you can easily bring your vegetarian friends along. Half of the six burger options are meat-free, after all. How about a seaweed burger with Dutch kimchi and horseradish? In the mood for meat? Then go for the Wallyburger: with smoked pork belly and the famous Wally sauce. You can also ask for an egg, which is cooked at 65°C, making it perfectly cooked. As a side, you really have to order the fries: they’re served with rosemary salt and are wonderfully thick and golden brown. For €8.50, you already get a burger, and with fries and a drink you’ll comfortably stay under €15.

Local and Sustainable

All the products at Wally come from nearby. The meat, the buns and even the furniture are locally produced. You can taste that care and attention have gone into every ingredient on the menu. So be sure to try a homemade lemonade or a milkshake made with farmers’ milk from Hummelo. According to Wally, sustainability starts with paying attention to products and the surroundings. It only makes the burgers even more delicious.
