Ottolenghi offers baker Hans a job

During the recording of College Tour with Yotam Ottolenghi, a well-known student stood up to ask the top chef a question. Hans Spitsbaard, winner of Heel Holland Bakt, was this student and received a very surprising answer to his question.

‘Should I quit my studies to go to culinary school?’ Hans asked. Ottolenghi replied that Hans, being a smart student, could probably handle the demanding combination. But if Hans was still looking for a job, he could always apply to Ottolenghi.
