Our favorite citrus juicer

I simply can’t imagine a home without lemons. As the basis for a vinaigrette, in a tarte au citron, or when making a hollandaise. And every time I need lemon juice, I take this juicer out of the cupboard.

You put half a lemon (lime works too) in the juicer and squeeze the ends together. This yields more juice than you could ever get by hand, and the seeds stay in the juicer.

This one even has an extra attachment for when you want to juice limes. But if you come across one without it, just buy it—I have one of those too, and it also fits a lime.
