Oyster Festival at BAUT & Dreesman

On Thursday, September 29, you can shuck oysters for  €1 at BAUT & Dreesmann. 

BAUT moved in the summer to the old V&D building on Rokin. The restaurant is on the top floor, so you have a view of the city from your table. Drinks will be served tomorrow in the large bar next to the restaurant area.

Which oysters can you expect?

Classic // red wine vinegar vinaigrette // lemon
South American // passion fruit // red pepper
Asian // soy // sesame // spring onion // ponzu

The first oysters will be opened at 5:00 p.m. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
