Jo Harrington is a foodie from London with a mission: baking the perfect pie. She grew up in Canada with a mother who was a pastry chef, so baking was instilled in her from an early age. When she started baking herself, she noticed that baking the perfect pie was more difficult than she had expected. She decided to challenge herself and now bakes three pies a week. Her goal? Making the perfect pie.

She shares the results of her challenge on her Instagram, and by now she has 87,000 followers. Well Jo, as far as we’re concerned, you’re already getting pretty close to perfection.
