“What does beer have to do with bread?” we hear you thinking. Well, the answer is yeast. The A-yeast in Heineken beer gives the drink its refreshing taste, and the makers were curious to see what would happen if they put it in bread. Master Boulanger Mark Plaating is in charge during this four-day baking fest, which promises great things.

Tasting
The Heineken Bakery is open from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. during all four days. Plenty of time to taste the special bread. For more information, visit the Facebook event.
