Recipe: oatmeal cake from the Airfryer

What’s better than cake? Cake for breakfast! And guilt-free too, because it’s incredibly healthy. Difficult? Not at all! Just throw a few ingredients together, tip them into the Philips Airfryer, and 10 minutes later you can dig in. Party.

Here’s how to make it
- Take a baking/cake tin, grease it with a little butter and/or line it with baking paper.
- Cut the apple into cubes.
- Mash the banana completely until smooth.
- Now mix the banana in a bowl with the ingredients for the oatmeal cake, but set aside a few pieces of apple to distribute on top.
- Bake the oatmeal cake in the Airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Tip: make a double batch straight away, so you’ll already have the batter ready for the next day and it will only take you 10 minutes again.
