Recipe: S’Mores Shake

The liquid successor to Smokey’s most popular dessert, the S’Mores Skillet, is here—and how! This is one of those that puts a big grin on your face from the very first sip. So good and so bad at the same time. Sweet chocolate, creamy roasted marshmallows, salted caramel and a generous splash of distinctive whiskey, the ultimate temptation for grown-ups.

How to make the S’Mores Shake
- First make the smoked salted caramel sauce by slowly heating the granulated sugar and water over very low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Try not to stir to prevent crystallization. Heat the melted sugar until it turns golden brown. Add the unsweetened heavy cream to the golden caramel (beware of splashing sugar syrup). Stir the butter and smoked salt into the caramel sauce and set aside.
- Put the chocolate ice cream, whole milk, whiskey and peanut butter in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the large glasses. Place six marshmallows on top of each shake and briefly torch them with the kitchen torch. Garnish with the biscuits, toasted peanuts and smoked salted caramel sauce.
