How to make tomato with shrimp
- Peel the shrimp.
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and shock them under cold water. Peel them and cut them into quarters.
- Wash and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the lettuce and dry it in a salad spinner.
- Make mayonnaise. Mix the mustard with 2 tbsp oil and the lemon juice. Stir until smooth and add the remaining oil in a thin, very gradual stream. Keep stirring well until you reach the desired thickness. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
- Arrange a few lettuce leaves on each plate, with a tomato on top. Add the boiled eggs and generously sprinkle with peeled shrimp.
- Serve with the homemade mayonnaise. What. A. Feast!
