Return of Alton Brown

Were you also so sad when Good Eats by Alton Brown suddenly stopped existing in 2012? Then we have good news, because the geeky presenter is returning to TV with even more food.

In case you’re not familiar with the American phenomenon Alton Brown: his program Good Eats is all about cooking 2.0. He approaches food scientifically and puts a dish or cooking technique at the center of each episode, which he then explores in great depth.
Classics
The technique, the science and history, the pros and cons of different cookware—Brown answers every question you have. Often simple (all-American) classics, such as fried chicken, onion soup, everything about eggs or this ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.
Return to the Eats
The new series is called Return to the Eats and picks up where the previous one left off. Each episode lasts half an hour and tells you everything about your favorite dishes. Including testing the cooking myths we all believe in. Coming soon to The Food Network, but fortunately for us, it will also be available to stream online. We’ll let you know as soon as we know exactly where it can be streamed.
