RIJKS® X Brae

In the mood for a unique culinary experience? Then reserve a table at RIJKS®, where Australian top chef Dan Hunter will cook a very special dinner together with executive chef Joris Bijdendijk on 28 May.

Dan Hunter ranks 44th on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 list with his restaurant Brae in Birregurra. At his restaurant, you eat directly from the land, and the restaurant works with regenerative warming techniques, through which the land is constantly restored.
