Kitchen Republic offers a huge kitchen and a large network for food startups in the broadest sense, enabling them to develop their culinary concept with minimal risk and low costs.

On May 21, you can eat your way through the huge kitchen and pick up local products. The event is a ZoMiBo, with soul, funk, disco and house music to listen to while snacking.

The duo De Vrouw met de Baard (from the cookbook Soul Food) will be ready to let you taste the flavors of Brooklyn to Bali with their Deli. If you need some extra vitamins, the Juice Truck from Brandstof will be there with juices. The tastiest banana bread from Baked in Amsterdam will be available, as will Pinch Dumplings and the peanut butters from Nutorious. Whatever you feel like on Sunday, there’s always a stand that knows how to hit the right spot.

Stamp card

Admission is free, and you can buy a tasting stamp card there for € 15,-. If you buy the stamp card in advance, it costs €12,50. With the stamp card, you can pick up something delicious at every stand. You can also order full dishes and take your favorite snack or product home with you. For this, you buy tokens, which you have to pay for by card.

The ZoMiBo starts at 15:00, and you can taste until 19:00. Check the event page to see which other stands will be there.
