Rijks X The Jane

The Jane goes to Amsterdam: Nick Bril, chef at The Jane** in Antwerp, will cook a special autumn menu at RIJKS®, the Rijksmuseum’s restaurant, together with Joris Bijdendijk.

RIJKS® has previously collaborated with renowned chefs such as Tim Raue and Yotam Ottolenghi. This time, Nick Bril will take over the kitchen during the weekend of September 9, 10 and 11. The best dishes resulting from this collaboration will earn a place on RIJKS®’s autumn menu.

Bril is bringing three extra people from The Jane’s kitchen for the weekend, and that is necessary, because the number of steps per dish is exceptionally high. FavorFlav attended the presentation of the special collaboration and was allowed to taste some of the dishes in advance. If you can still get a seat: do it.
