Houben’s sausage rolls have been a household name for more than 80 years, and now Bart Houben is putting the sausage roll in the spotlight together with four Brabant-based Michelin-starred chefs. Chefs Dick Middelweerd, Adrian Zarzo Habraken, Yuri Wiesen and Soenil Bahadoer have each created their own signature sausage roll.

Oriental twist or truffle?

Will you go for an Oriental twist, truffle and mushrooms, a spicy Spanish sausage roll or the exotic vegetarian version? With the box, you have all the rolls within reach, including Houben’s own classic. The box contains 25 mienekes, a super-cute word for mini sausage rolls.

With the box, Houben wants to make the flavours of Michelin kitchens accessible to the general public.
