Save the Date: These Sunday Brunches Are Ones to Know
After the success of last year’s first editions, and to celebrate the 145th anniversary of the historic Winter Garden, Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is organizing fourteen Sunday Brunches with different themes in 2025. And if you don’t know the Winter Garden yet… it is one of the most iconic locations in Amsterdam.
Special: the Winter Garden at Krasnapolsky
Built in 1880, the Winter Garden can rightly be called an enchanting space. Just look at those impressive frescoes! They depict Amsterdam’s patron goddesses and the river gods of the Amstel and the IJ. This year, there is no better way to celebrate the anniversary of this 19th-century Belle Époque location than with a series of stylish brunches. The brunches range from a glamorous Great Gatsby Brunch to a heartwarming With Love Brunch for Mother’s Day. During the first edition—the Year of the Snake—you can sample traditional Fa Gao—special Chinese fortune cakes—or Zeeland Creuses with toppings such as black bean sauce and passion fruit.
Local flavors
Each edition revolves around a culinary theme that brings the flavors and cultures of Amsterdam to life. The hotel works with local suppliers, ensuring that every dish reflects the authentic taste of Amsterdam while also supporting our regional community. There is also live entertainment and entertainment for children. Last year, we joined the first edition (February 2024). This Sunday Brunch was dedicated to Chinese New Year. The first edition of this new year will once again take place in early February.

The Sunday Brunches start at 1:30 p.m. and run until 4:30 p.m. The price is 129 euros per person, including drinks. Children naturally receive a reduced rate.
