Sergio’s Mexican fries

From today, you can visit Frites Atelier Amsterdam for the latest winter special: the Cheesy Jalapeño & Pulled Pork. A change from the usual fries with mayonnaise.

We previously wrote about the crispy fries from Frites Atelier Amsterdam. Sergio drew inspiration for this new Mexican flavor bomb from Mexico, where he embarked on a culinary voyage of discovery. Combined with the lukewarm cheese sauce and pulled pork, this new special may initially resemble a kapsalon fries dish, the multicultural snack from the Low Countries, but this version comes with pulled pork, mild jalapeño mayonnaise and fresh pickles. It sounds much better to us. The Cheesy Jalapeño & Pulled Pork special costs €7.50.
