Søstrene Grene launches new collection

The sisters behind Søstrene Grene, the immensely popular homewares store, are bringing us something really lovely after their home accessories: a collection of food products. From Thursday, 31 January 2019, you can shop the collection, made with locally produced ingredients, at Søstrene Grene stores.

We can’t wait, at least. The idea behind the collection is to bring families closer together. No wonder, when the products come from two sisters. They emphasise that their treats make your brunch, birthday or chill evening with friends even more delicious.

Mayo and dressing
Anna and Clara (the sisters) have created a number of delicacies that are available exclusively at Søstrene Grene. The delicacies include dressings, syrup, pickled vegetables, antipasti and mayonnaise. Think lemon mayonnaise with salted lemons from Morocco, or chilli mayonnaise with Espelette peppers: spicy, but not too hot.

Hygge
Alongside the familiar range of coffee, tea and cocoa, you’ll soon also be able to buy healthy snacks and sweet treats. Seasonal products will be released throughout the year. The collection focuses on products suitable for making small, simple dishes to share. It’s really all about—just as we know Søstrene Grene—cosiness, or, in other words: hygge.
