People who eat chocolate (both dark and milk chocolate) at least once a week have stronger cognitive abilities than people who do not. This news comes from research by American psychologist Merrill Elias.

It is still difficult to demonstrate a conclusive causal relationship, because people who are cognitively stronger do not automatically eat more chocolate. But according to Elias, you can say that people who eat more chocolate are actually better at remembering things, performing multiple actions simultaneously and making connections.
