The only thing I want in the sun this year is prosecco popsicles
Sunshine often equals drinks for me – no matter how bad that may be. If it’s a sunny day and I’m off work, I can easily be drinking wine or beer at 2 p.m. (Upside: this doesn’t apply when it’s raining.) And if there’s also such a thing as a refreshing and lightly alcoholic popsicle… wonderful!
I was already a fan of Flügel popsicles, but I think PROSECCO popsicles are even tastier. Because – here it comes – I make them myself, and believe me, you’ll want to as well.
How to make your own prosecco popsicles
This reminds me so much of when I was younger. You’d stick a popsicle stick into your Danoontje and put it in the freezer. Or make your own ice pops in one of those moulds. Well – you can see where this is going – there’s actually a mould shaped like champagne glasses too. So pour in some prosecco, freeze it, and in no time your prosecco popsicle will be ready – and it’ll look incredibly cute too.
Of course, you can create countless variations with them. You could also use champagne if you really want to be fancy, or add some raspberries or strawberries… Ooooh, let that sunshine come, because I’m not making anything else in the heat but these.
