The Royal Gardens of Soestdijk Palace Are Now Open for Dinner
Love eating out but in the mood for something different from an ‘ordinary’ restaurant? Then this might be something to get your heart racing: dining in the Royal Gardens of Soestdijk Palace. A unique location where you’ll be entertained all evening with food and more.
De Maaltuin
In May and June, you’ll have the chance to discover the gardens of Soestdijk Palace in a unique way. This is when pop-up De Maaltuin takes place here, a travelling restaurant that has been opening since 2016 in special locations such as castles, palaces, museums and botanical gardens.
Silent disco included
Long dining tables in the estate’s greenhouses, art and a silent disco; during the edition in the greenhouses of Soestdijk Palace, you’ll be immersed in the royal surroundings and learn more about the palace and gardens’ past, present and future. From the palace gates, you’ll walk through the palace gardens past the water tower, the steps and the pond, arriving at the greenhouses of Soestdijk Palace, where you’ll take a seat at long dining tables and be served a specially composed 5-course dinner, accompanied by a matching drinks pairing of wines and mocktails.
