The world’s biggest Chef’s Table is coming again
144 top dishes from 25 top chefs (together earning 28 Michelin stars!) in one evening: to me, that sounds like a dream come true. Especially since you also get to see the chefs in action. Are you thinking ‘I want to be there’ too? Then book your tickets for the world’s biggest Chef’s Table. It may cost a bit, but you’ll get plenty in return.
Small side note: during this evening, organised by the chefs of the culinary society Les Patrons Cuisiniers, you won’t be served all 144 dishes. Each of the 25 chefs will cook 6 signature dishes, preparing them live and at a different table each time, meaning every table will receive a unique menu.
Les Patrons Cuisiniers
Les Patrons has existed since 1991 and was founded at the time by nine top Dutch chefs who wanted to improve the craftsmanship, culinary creativity and quality of gastronomy in the Netherlands. Mission accomplished, because Dutch chefs are highly regarded both at home and abroad, while the culinary society of yesteryear has since evolved into a close gastronomic alliance of 25 of the Netherlands’ most prominent chefs, who together have earned 28 Michelin stars.
Patrons Chef’s Table
Tickets for this unforgettable Patrons Chef’s Table go on sale today (Thursday 19 October at 11:00 a.m.). Online, so everyone has a chance to get their hands on tickets. Just as during the previous edition, the patrons’ top sommeliers will provide matching wines. Especially for the occasion, they will select unique vintages served from magnums (1.5-litre bottles).
Guests will be welcomed from 16:00 at the Beurs van Berlage with champagne and a few first small bites. The chefs will then invite guests to their Chef’s Table. Dinner will conclude with an afterparty featuring DJs, top cocktails and champagne. The after-party will last until 23:00.
