There is now an all-you-can-eat restaurant for vegetarians

A vegetarian’s biggest annoyance: you can only choose between two or three dishes on the menu. Good news: you won’t have that problem at the new all-you-can-eat restaurant Rozey. Everything there is vegetarian, and a large portion is even vegan.

The restaurant in Rotterdam opened on April 12. You can choose from no fewer than 53 vegetarian and vegan dishes. For starters, choose a soba noodle soup with tempeh, then go for the pulled jackfruit sandwich and finish with an organic chocolate brownie for dessert. And what about Kentucky-fried cauliflower, seaweed bitterballen or watermelon steak with port gravy and smoked almonds?

Familiar concept

One of the owners is already well known in the all-you-can-eat world: Roland Hogenelst is the founder of La Cubanita and Proeflokaal Bregje.

From Monday to Thursday, you pay 32.50 for the menu, and 37.50 at the weekend. Drinks are included, although wine, specialty beer and liqueurs do cost a little extra. You can order two dishes per round. The restaurant can be found on the Wijnhaven in Rotterdam.
