Vegetable garden failures

Unsprayed, super nutritious and cheaper than at the supermarket: growing your own fruit and vegetables sounds like a dream. But let’s be honest: it’s also hard work, and especially as a beginner, there’s a lot to learn. These newly minted backyard growers know that all too well. Their (first) harvest was a lot less impressive than they had hoped. Well, small can be impressive too. Right?

One thing is certain: these harvests wouldn’t look out of place in Madurodam. Look, learn and laugh:
