Top chefs Michiel van der Eerde and Syrco Bakker** together in new TV cooking show

In the new cooking programme ‘Ready in 20 minutes’, from cooking channel njam!, renowned chefs cook quickly, inspiringly, deliciously and simply. Ideal for the busy autumn season.

With a great line-up of chefs who make their favourite dishes for home every weekday. Featuring – new this season! – chef Michiel van der Eerde (known from restaurant BAUT and formerly a judge on Masterchef Holland) and two-Michelin-star chef Syrco Bakker (from restaurant Pure C).
Step by step
The chefs make everything step by step, from A to Z, without interrupting. What you see is what you get. So cooking something delicious in 20 minutes is actually not difficult at all. Syrco pays tribute to his Indonesian roots, among other things, and makes a simple nasi goreng with prawns from Zeebrugge. Also on his menu: Zeeland mussels, served with bread and homemade seaweed butter. A tribute to his hometown – and ready in no time.

BAUT classics
Michiel makes one of his favourite BAUT classics, among other dishes: veal with potato mousseline and chanterelles. His signature dish, BAUT’s steak tartare (with the famous bacon mayonnaise!), is also not to be missed.

Ready in 20 minutes is broadcast from Monday to Thursday: one episode every day at 5:30 pm, 8:40 pm and 11:00 pm. njam! can be seen on channel 39 (via KPN’s basic package), and all episodes can also be watched online at www.njam.tv.
