Twenty New Bib Gourmands

On Wednesday, November 8, Bib Gourmands were handed out once again—the Michelin distinction for restaurants offering excellent value for money. All restaurants where you can enjoy a menu for under €37,- are eligible, but you do have to serve the very best food in the world. And that is exactly what happens at all the new restaurants on the list.

Rotterdam

Twenty restaurants are celebrating today, with the largest number of new additions in Rotterdam. Three, to be exact. FG Bistro, Ayla and The Park (part of the Bilderberg Parkhotel) have all gained a new distinction.

Amsterdam

In Amsterdam, our favourite Scheepskameel has received a Bib Gourmand, with its wonderfully simple menu and German wine list. Ron Blaauw’s French branch can also celebrate, as Ron Gastrobar Paris is included in the list.

The rest
