It’s actually a piece of cake, and it only takes two minutes. Of course, I don’t make all my mayonnaise myself either; the fridge is always stocked with Hellman’s, Amora and Zaanse mayo. But homemade is hard to beat. With your fries, on your BLT or mixed into your tuna salad, it makes everything significantly tastier.
