Who makes the perfect hamburger?

The perfect bun, juicy meat, some cheese or bacon and the right sauce. That’s all a hamburger needs.  Or is it?

Top chef Niven Kunz and barbecue world champion Jord Althuizen will go head-to-head next week to see who can make the most perfect burger. What will these burgers look like? Niven is a big fan of everything green, while Jord is a meat master. It’s hard to imagine a greater contrast, so we’ll have to wait and see which ingredients the two will work with.
