A drinks gathering isn’t complete without a drinks platter, of course. You can gather everything yourself at the supermarket or local delicatessen shops, but you can also have everything delivered to your home in one go. Let’s be honest, it doesn’t get more relaxing than that!

There are actually no rules for your own drinks platter (or snack platter, as we call it). Above all, fill the platter with whatever comes to mind and, especially, whatever you feel like eating. From a real bistro drinks platter to a Scandinavian platter like this one: with a little creativity, you can go a long way.

But sometimes it’s also nice not to have to think about it at all. And that is exactly what drinks queen Liza takes care of with her Bunch drinks box. She puts all the delicious goodies in a box, and once it’s delivered, all you have to do is arrange them on the platter at home. Easy done that!

Drinks platter essentials

What exactly is in the Bunch box? Three different cheeses (Camembert, Beemster and goat’s cheese), various crackers (including our favourite, Pavesi), prosciutto crudo, mango chutney, aioli, olives, dried apricots, nuts and mini pretzels. You also get some extra edible goodies to finish styling the drinks platter, as well as instructions on how to make it look Instagram-worthy.

And it looks incredibly delicious, doesn’t it? You can order a complete drinks box online here (for 6 to 8 people). With the code ‘bunchboards10’, you’ll also get 10 per cent off. So pick up a nice bottle of Champagne or Sauvignon Blanc yourself, and by this weekend you’ll have a carefree drinks platter on the table.
