You don’t want to miss this: Euroma’s mobile spice kitchen is on tour
Something very delicious is travelling through the Netherlands this winter… and no, it’s not a food truck packed with guilty pleasures (sadly, we know). It’s the Euroma Spice Kitchen: a gleaming Airstream caravan full of herbs, spices, tasting bites and inspiration for cooking easily, healthily and above all deliciously without added salt.
Cooking without added salt
And believe me: anyone who thinks cooking without salt is automatically bland has clearly never opened a jar of Euroma by Jonnie Boer. Take the Funghi Trifolati spices, for example. I previously wrote an article about why I’m addicted to funghi trifolati. That umami. That earthy depth. That subtle garlic. It’s the shortcut you never knew you needed. You’ll find the Airstream from 12:00 to 18:00 at:
- Friday 28 November 2025 — Emiclear, Amersfoort
- Saturday 29 November 2025 — Tijnjedyk / Lange Pijp, Leeuwarden
- Thursday 4 December 2025 — Vismarkt, Groningen
- Friday 5 December 2025 — H.J. van Heekplein, Enschede
Handy: they’re often parked near a supermarket, so after tasting you can immediately head home with the right spices and ingredients.
