You’ll want to work at this candy company

M&M's

Working at a candy company seems like the ultimate dream to us anyway. In reality, it’s probably a little less Willy Wonka and a little more hard work. In that case, the working conditions had better be top-notch.

The American magazine Forbes publishes a list of the 25 best workplaces in the world every year. Mars Inc. ranks third on the list. The company behind your Mars (duh), but also M&M’s, Snickers, Twix and Skittles. As if an endless supply of candy at the office probably weren’t reward enough, employees here are also treated exceptionally well.

Come and go

First of all, you’re allowed to bring your dog to work every day. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Mars also has a whole lot of pet food in its portfolio. Apparently, the atmosphere at the office is incredibly relaxed. Makes sense too, if you spend all day cuddling dogs. Employees have the freedom to come and go, and they aren’t strictly monitored to see whether they’re performing as expected. That sounds like music to our ears!
