Indian Fried Mackerel

Dan Toombs aka The Curry Guy has brought together his hundred easiest Indian dishes in one book. The flavor hasn’t been compromised, but the preparation time has. From chicken 65 to bhaja mackerel and chicken curry with fenugreek. Can you already smell the Indian kitchen?

This starter is ready in a few minutes and delicious on naan or a baguette, but naan is preferable, of course. The recipe is based on a recipe by Dan’s friend Eshan from Zaman’s Newquay. On the table in no time, so an ideal weekday dish.
Method
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour the rapeseed oil into the pan. Fry the onion and green chilies, stirring occasionally, until the onion is soft and lightly golden. Then stir in the diced tomatoes.
2. Now add the egg and smoked mackerel and stir, breaking the fish into pieces and allowing the egg to set. Add the cumin powder, paprika, coriander powder and finely chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
