Luckily, this simple life hack makes it really easy. Instead of peeling the pumpkin while it’s still hard and uncooked, place it in a 220-degree oven for about fifteen minutes first. Remove the pumpkin from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Now peel the pumpkin with a sharp knife and you’ll notice how easy it is. Still a pain? Then buy an organic pumpkin—the skin can easily be left on.
