It’s almost that time again: the little beggars coming by with their lanterns, turning it into a competition to collect as much candy as possible at every door. In the spirit of healthy snacking: these snacks are responsible choices, and the children love them.

Whether Epiphany is celebrated in your neighborhood or not: these healthy snacks will make everyone happy: kids and parents alike. They’re also perfect for a school treat or children’s party.

Frozen yogurt bark with fruit

It doesn’t get any easier than this. This is the healthy, refreshing version of rocky roads. Preparation takes less than a minute; after that, it only needs to spend a night in the freezer.

Chewy pear cookies

You only need six ingredients, and they’re ready in under half an hour. They’re best when lukewarm, but you can also keep them in an airtight container for a day.

Frozen banana with chocolate

A night in the freezer and it looks like a party. The children love it too: who doesn’t like banana dipped in melted chocolate?

Yogurt cake with blueberries

Cut the cake slices into three and you’ll have a perfectly good portion. At least for the children. You, of course, eat half the cake in one go. It mainly consists of Greek yogurt, spelt flour and meal, and blueberries. Good job!

Yogurt-covered strawberries

Dip strawberries in Greek yogurt, place them in the freezer for 20 minutes, and you’re done. To prevent unnecessary mess and sticky hands, you can first slide the strawberry onto a satay skewer and place it on a rack in the freezer. Don’t forget to put a drip tray under the rack, or your freezer will be full of yogurt.
