11 products supermarket employees have no idea what you’re talking about

You ask a supermarket employee whether they still have mineolas, and you get a look as if you had asked for an analysis of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. Nooooo ideaaaaa – the light is on, but nobody’s home. Does that sound familiar? These products are guaranteed to confuse supermarket employees.

Brasso experience
And all excuses are immediately accepted: these are old-fashioned groceries, or the ingredients aren’t everyday items, and the people stocking the shelves are sometimes only fifteen, so how much experience with harissa or Brasso can they really have? So you could also see this article as a crash course for new supermarket employees: quickly look up where these products are located in your supermarket, and amaze everyone with your incredible knowledge of the range.
