There’s only the tiniest bit of cocoa powder in them, and dark chocolate hasn’t come anywhere near them. But still: childhood nostalgia in every bite, and all for just 65 cents. Do you know how many of those you could buy with your pocket money?
Rice dessert
This unbeatable rice dessert wins prizes more often; it’s one of the guilty pleasures in the editorial office. Don’t be ashamed, because at this price you don’t have to skip it: one little tub costs just 32 cents. Absurd!
Hussar salad

How many exam periods did we power through on this? How many hangovers have these banished? The importance of Yum Yum noodle soups cannot be overstated. They also fit perfectly into a student budget: 41 cents per packet, and when they’re on sale you simply stock up on twice as many. Always useful at the end of your student grant!
