Absolutely delicious: Baileys fudge with caramel (in a tin)

Honestly, as soon as I see that there’s Baileys in something, anywhere, I’m sold. Whether they’re Easter eggs, Espresso Martinis or Magnum ice creams… I want it all. And yes, you can see it coming: I had another new Baileys treat that I just had to try.

Here it is: Baileys fudge with caramel. Ready-made in a tin, just like that. I know fudge is really super easy to make yourself, but buying it ready-made is just that little bit easier.

Where can you get it?

Well, it’s very simple – although you might not expect it right away – because you can simply order it from Bol.com. Naturally, I was incredibly excited about this, so I did some more research online… And I discovered that there’s also a seasalt caramel version. That sounds even more delicious to me, if possible, and even though I have to order it from England or America via Ebay, I want to try it. But until it arrives, I’m going to create a recipe for it myself, because sea-salt caramel should be possible to make yourself too, right? Once I’ve perfected it, I’ll of course share it. I’m already looking forward to the whole tasting process.
