Aldi blunders with ‘Easter bunny’ marshmallows

There’s a good chance Aldi will stick to chocolate Easter eggs in the years to come. And rightly so; there’s very little that can go wrong with those. Because this year they decided to go all out with Easter bunny marshmallows, and that turned out slightly differently than expected.

Though they probably still tasted delicious. They might just be a little more suitable for a bachelor party than an Easter brunch…

‘Sorry Aldi, this isn’t a rabbit’

Twitter user @missviaborsi brought home a bag, and when she took a closer look, she saw that she hadn’t brought home marshmallow bunnies… But marshmallow penises. Oh well, a mistake — it can happen.

Aldi thought so too, responding on Twitter. ‘Even we can’t defend this one,’ they stated on Twitter. Well, at least it looks like it’s going to be an exciting Easter.
