Are these new chips the tastiest in the supermarket?
Crispy news for all the chip fans out there: Jumbo has launched a new line of chips in stores under the name Jumbo’s Chips. And they promise everything you look for in a good snack. Crunchy chippies in different flavors—and at a great price-quality ratio, too.
Crispy, greasy and salty: not healthy, but always delicious. During drinks, while cooking (hello: guilty) or while watching your favorite show: chips are always delicious, if you ask me. And now there’s Jumbo’s Chips, available in six flavors.
Jumbo’s Chips: extra thick, extra delicious
We all know them: those chips you can barely take a bite of without them breaking. Fortunately, that’s a thing of the past with the new Jumbo’s Chips. The potatoes are sliced extra thick with the skin on and slowly fried in sunflower oil. This creates a firm bite, a crispy texture and a full potato flavor.
The flavors you don’t want to miss
Jumbo knows exactly what we want when it comes to chips: bold flavors you can’t stop eating. The new line includes five permanent flavors, including Sea Salt & Vinegar, Sweet Chili and Black Truffle. And there’s also a rotating limited edition, such as the current Sour Cream & Onion. It’s a shame it isn’t a flavor we haven’t tried before, but who knows—it might be the tastiest of its kind.
Price and availability of Jumbo’s Chips
Jumbo’s Chips cost €1.99 per bag (150 grams). They are available from today at all 732 Jumbo stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, so you’ll always have them close at hand. You can also order them online via Jumbo.com.
