Fudge is a mixture of sugar, butter and milk, and when you heat it and stir it together, you get that deliciously chewy, sticky sweetness. It could be even tastier, Hema thought, so they make fudge from marshmallows, white chocolate and condensed milk. They look like their famous tompoucen, which makes them even more fun! Get started, and don’t forget to brush your teeth extra well tonight because honestly, your teeth are already starting to decay just from watching the video.

How to make tompouce fudge:

  • Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Heat the condensed milk.
  • Melt the white chocolate. You can do this au bain-marie (in a bowl resting in a pan of hot, gently simmering water) or in the microwave (in short bursts, not at full power, stirring in between).
  • Melt the marshmallows too.
  • Stir the melted marshmallows, white chocolate and warm condensed milk together thoroughly, then pour half of the mixture into the baking dish. Place it in the fridge for an hour.
  • Stir a little food colouring into the other half of the mixture until it has a lovely pink colour.
  • Pour it over the cooled mixture. Sprinkle the decorative hearts on top. Refrigerate for another hour (at least). Then remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into neat squares.
