Bounty is the least favorite Celebrations chocolate

Celebrations-Favorflav

You can discuss it for days, but an English website wanted to objectively determine which Celebrations chocolate is the least favorite. Sadly, Bounty, you’re the weakest link: goodbye.

Whether you have to bring treats because you’re always late for the meeting, or because you don’t want to show up empty-handed when visiting someone: a box of mini bars from Celebrations is your salvation. They come in a fun box right away, so you don’t have to look for a bowl, and there’s something tasty in it for everyone. You’d think there are at least as many Twix lovers as Maltesers fans, and that the number of Snickers addicts balances out the Bounty poppers, but apparently that’s not the case. You know this because the same little chocolates are always left until last, but you can also establish it more or less scientifically, as website LadBible did. More than 12,000 X users (formerly Twitter users) had their say.

Bounty loses everything

Maybe you saw it coming: according to LadBible’s X followers, Bounty is the least tasty Celebration. In the final round of the vote, Bounty faced the mini Snickers, also not exactly a favorite among Celebrations eaters, but even then Bounty lost by a landslide.

In the first poll, people could choose between Bounty, Maltesers, Galaxy and Galaxy Caramel. In the Netherlands, the latter two are included in the mix as Dove and Dove Caramel. Which one should be removed from the Celebrations mix, the site asked its followers? And what do you know: Maltesers are the most popular among the Brits, while they’d rather not eat Bounty. In a second poll, Snickers, Twix, Milky Way and Mars were compared. Tough luck for Snickers, because it had absolutely no chance.

Final: Bounty and Snickers faced each other, and Bounty received three times as many votes as the mini Snickers. Shocking figures, according to some: ‘Those two are actually my absolute favorites,’ writes @Simon_Says_90. ‘If someone doesn’t like them: send them to me once you’ve finished the rest of the chocolate!’

Mars changes nothing

Relief for some, a disappointment for many: Mars has no intention of changing the composition of Celebrations. To enjoy a box of Celebrations to the fullest and prevent food waste, it’s therefore wise to find new friends whose Celebrations tastes match yours. You’re a Snickers fan? Your new friend will happily pass them your way. And if you come across a Dove Caramel? Put it on their little plate. Sad statistic: according to this online survey, Bounty lovers are hard to find.
