The chefs of the Amsterdam restaurants BREDA and RIJKS® were given the opportunity to shine in the kitchen of RAW in Taipei (Taiwan) on King’s Day. We know, it was a while ago, but we don’t want to withhold this inspiring video from you.

In case you don’t know RAW: it is one of the best restaurants in the world, with André Chiang as head chef. One of the best Asian chefs.

Dutch roots
