You’re craving something delicious, you order food or sit down at the table with friends or your loved one, and there it is: your plate of food. And then you see this disappointment in front of you. That can’t be true, can it?
Not every cook has the same amount of talent. Some people can whip up a fantastic meal in no time, or skillfully juggle flavors, aromas, and colors, but there are also those unlucky ones who can’t make a decent dish to save their lives. If they know their own limitations, they’ll put a frozen pizza in the oven or call the Thai restaurant, but if they’re convinced of their own abilities, these kinds of disasters come out of the kitchen.
