As if an average Billy wasn’t complicated enough, Ikea has now come up with furniture in miniature. Made from gingerbread, accompanied by extensive instructions and a set of cookie cutters with which you can assemble a Jokkmokk dining table or Strandmon armchair yourself. Finally, a fitting interior for your gingerbread house!
Ikea in Canada came up with this brilliant plan: gingerbread furniture. Completely in Ikea style, because of course you assemble it yourself. It also fits Ikea perfectly to swear and curse because something doesn’t quite fit, or because a small part is missing. With the gingerbread furniture, the latter is entirely your own fault, because you first have to cut out the parts yourself using the cookie cutters Ikea designed, and bake them. The cutters are available at Ikea in Canada, but handy types can also print them with a 3D printer, because on the website the home-furnishings retailer has printed all the instructions and files.
Just put it in the house
