Cold Hearted Woman

Especially for FavorFlav, Andrew Nicholls of Pulitzer’s Bar in Amsterdam developed a cocktail: Cold hearted Woman, named after the blues song by T-Bone Walker.

Preparation
Place the ingredients for the drink in a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake very hard for about 8 seconds.
Strain the drink into the highball glass and top up with crushed ice.
Insert a straw all the way to the bottom of the glass.
Place some crushed ice on top of the cocktail to create a small mound.
Dust one side of the quenelle lengthwise with cocoa powder and spray rose water onto the other side. Place the quenelle on top of the crushed ice.
Place a teaspoon in the ice next to the quenelle (to eat the ice with) and decorate with rose petals.
