So today they are launching the Flavorful Kiloknaller – a new take on the concept, with vegetables taking center stage. The Flavorful Kiloknaller is a collaboration between two B Corp companies that know how it’s done: Crisp (the app for incredibly fresh food) and Dille & Kamille (the king of atmospheric kitchenware). Together, they show that sustainable eating doesn’t have to be complicated or boring.

What’s in the Flavorful Kiloknaller?
The Flavorful Kiloknallers are available all summer and vary depending on what is harvested during the season. These aren’t standard vegetables. Instead: the best of the season, fresh from the fields, straight to your plate. How about:
Kiloknaller Limburg AA asparagus. Huge asparagus spears – you won’t find them looking this good in the supermarket. It comes with a recipe from Crisp for tagliatelle with fried asparagus, lemon cream sauce and roasted hazelnuts, so you can get started right away.
Or: Kiloknaller wild tomato mix. It comes with a recipe for piperade made with red bell pepper and tomato (from the cookbook Groentefeest by Spectrum’s two-Michelin-star chef Sidney Schutte).
And then there’s the rhubarb Kiloknaller for a rhubarb tart with pistachios. All vegetables that are not only delicious, but also local and seasonal – exactly as they should be.
