Dining through the night: at Restaurant Moon, the kitchen is open for 48 hours (with an amazing view!)

At Restaurant Moon, located on the 19th floor of the A’DAM Tower on the IJ, you have a spectacular 360º view over Amsterdam. The restaurant has come up with something fun, and you can be part of it.

We think it’s great: in 60 minutes, you’ll make a full circuit of Amsterdam at Moon while eating and drinking. And as if that weren’t fun enough, the restaurant is joining forces with guest chef Jules Wiringa (from @JulesCooking) for a special culinary event.
48 hours at the stove
During this event, cooking will continue uninterrupted for 48 hours, and Moon’s chefs, together with Jules, will serve a spectacular 5-course menu that takes three hours in total. The menu features seasonal vegetables and local products, such as North Sea crab and Double Dutch short rib. Tea takes center stage in the pairing – the Restaurant Moon team will of course also offer wines from the wine list by the bottle.

Dining at a high level
Have you always wanted to dine at a high level in the middle of the night or during sunrise? Or has it always been your dream to enjoy a culinary after-party with your friends after a night out? This is your chance. From March 31 at 12:00 noon until April 2 at 12:00 noon, the chefs will work tirelessly to create the most delicious dishes. Of course, it is possible to serve the menu vegetarian or vegan; please mention this when making your reservation. Reservations can be made via Moon’s website.
