Do you love gin and tonic AND Prosecco? Then you definitely need to try Ginsecco

Gin and Prosecco together in one glass? We call that Ginsecco, and it’s a cocktail. And if you think that sounds too simple, you really should make this cocktail soon. What a killer combination!

With a bubbly bottle of Italian Prosecco, you can make all kinds of drinks. For example, have you heard of Frosecco? It’s a Slush Puppie, but made with Prosecco. The same goes for Limonsecco. That’s Prosecco mixed with a splash of Limoncello. Doesn’t that make you instantly thirsty?
How to make Ginsecco
Making Ginsecco is incredibly simple, by the way. The base is a shot of the best gin you can find, topped up with a splash of Prosecco. You can also add a splash of elderflower syrup or crème de cassis. When it comes to garnishes, you can go in any direction. In keeping with the festive season, for example, you can add a cinnamon stick, star anise, a sprig of rosemary or thyme to the glass. Add a raspberry or blackberry and cheers!
