Deliciously good: how to make a Limonsecco (Limoncello with Prosecco)
Limoncello is heavenly delicious as an after-dinner drink from an ice-cold shot glass, but you can also easily mix the lemon liqueur with other types of drinks for the most delicious cocktails. Just try making a Limoncello with Prosecco, in other words: a Limonsecco.

Bubbly, fresh, boozy and delicious: that sounds like the perfect summer drink for 2021. The drink made with Limoncello and Prosecco is a little like the Limoncello tonic, only the Prosecco gives it a slightly different flavor than the somewhat bitter tonic. A sprig of mint and ice cubes in your glass… Let summer (finally!) come!
How to make Limonsecco
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour a shot of Limoncello over the ice and top up the glass with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and possibly a lemon wedge and that’s it!
